Found a day care and dull pain to the left of uterus

DH and I visited / interviewed a day care near our house yesterday that was recommended to us by a friend. We loved it! The people were great, the place was very clean, they answered all of our questions, and they totally have the same values / thoughts about children that we do - it was very refreshing. So I think we found our place! We're going to put a deposit down there for the waiting list after our big ultrasound on Thursday.

So all morning I have been having this dull, sort of throbbing pain way over on the left side of my uterus - almost on my side. Any ideas of what that could be? If it keeps up, I'll ask my doctor about it on Thursday but wondered if anyone here has had similar pains.

Yeah I've been having some weird pains all weekend. At my last appt my dr said to expect some pains in the next few weeks as the uterus is pushing out or something like that?
