I do. ?I just sing whatever comes to mind. ?I teach 1st graders...so sometimes it's songs that we sing at school...like Dr. Jean songs (educational, but fun songs that kids LOVE!)...like 5 Little Monkeys, Days of the Week, Months of the Year, etc. ?Sometimes it's nursery rhyme type stuff like Itsy-Bitsy Spider, Hickory Dickory Dock, etc. ?And sometimes it's just kid songs...Twinkle Twinkle Little Star, Row Your Boat, You Are My Sunshine, Jesus Loves Me, Old McDonaldetc. ?DS usually really likes it...even though I am a HORRIBLE singer! ?lol!
All the time. Right now his favorites are "the wheels on the bus" and "Itsy bitsy spider". We also sing "If you're happy and you know it" "You are my sunshine" and about anything else that comes to mind.
I sing to her all the time! But I dont sing 'songs' persay....I just kinda sing to her, tell her what I'm doing in a made up melody...it really seems to soothe her espically when I'm changing her diaper in the middle of the night! Maybe I should write down a few of my lyrics...hmmmm...
all the time! I make up songs about what we're doing a lot.
Twinkle twinkle and You Are My Sunshine are my go to lullabyes now. The best part of singing to her at this age is she touches my mouth the whole time I'm singing. It's the sweetest thing ever (until she fishhooks my bottom lip and pulls with all her might).

I'm probably a bad influence! ?I sing some lullabies, but also any song i know the lyrics to that has a nice beat to pat him to. ?Some of my favorites are:
Ring of Fire
No Scrubs
Rehab
Just My Imagination?
I also love the pie song from the movie "Waitress." ?I even downloaded it from iTunes, it's a great lullaby.?

all the time. Old MacDonald, the wheels on the bus, skinnamarink, the barney song (i love you, you love me) whatever comes to mind at the moment. I make up my own a lot, using his name.
I sing to him incessantly! He prefers musicals (ie Ragtime, Wicked, etc) and he enjoys the Beatles and Beyonce. I also make up songs for him throughout the day. Whenever he's upset, I just sing him "For Good" or "Sarah Brown Eyes" and within seconds I can usually get a smile out of him instead.
Yes! I sing to him all the time! My mom bought me a big book of baby/kid songs (classics like Bluetail Fly, Old MacDonald, etc.) with sheet music and I sing those to him all the time. I have a little drum and jingle bells and play those for him, too. We have hundreds of songs to choose from to keep things fresh.
I mostly sing to him when he's in his bouncy chair and is awake but too unfocused/overstimulated to play or listen to books.
