muscle spasms

in Pregnant after a Loss
The weirdest thing just happened....one of my toes kind of had like a muscle spasm and it felt like a charlie horse in my calf or something. I couldn't move my toe for like a minute or so...then the feeling came back to it, then it had a spasm again...it went on like this about 3 or 4 times. Has this happened to anyone one else?

    yes, they hurt so badly!  when it happens again, put your leg up on a pillow and flex your toes as much as you can and keep in that pose.  it will help some.  (I am a runner and I get those quite often)
