I can't take it anymore! HELP!

Ok so I'm at my limit.  I'm uncomfortable...frustrated. It feels like my pelvis is about to split in half.  I'm done.  I've read all the natural ways to induce labor....tried sex, walking, spicy food (as much as I can take because I have such bad heartburn) 

 Even if it's an old wives tale, please tell me....what works? Or is rumored to have worked...or might have worked once for your 3rd cousin twice removed...I need this kid OUT.
