  When they purchase something off your registry, it is supposed to be updated and you can scroll to the bottom and it will say "Items Purchased"

  I see you are due June 19th.  When is your shower?? 

  I am pretty sure that when you view your list one column is the number you requested and one column is the number you recieved.

  log in to view your registry then scroll to the bottom- it has a section of purchased items... careful though- its addictive!!!!!!!
