? about Clomid and Exercise

HI Ladies

I am debating if I should participate in a spinning class or not. I took clomid Sunday- Thursday last week and I go in tomorrow for a follie check. I have read online that you should avoid high impact exercise...but how about high intensity. With spinning there is no impact... it is just really intense...

I didn't change my workout schedule at all during my clomid cycles. I was training for a 10k and also did cross-training a few days a week.
