PPD Question

If you had PPD how long did you have it for and did you take meds for it?

Any insight would be greatly appreciated.

    I was never officially diagnosed with it, but I know I had it. I had no friends in the area and didn't ever do anything. When DS was 9 months old, I finally made some friends with kids in the area and came out of my depression on my own. Also, I had major anxiety and while it lessened overtime, I never fully got over it until I got an alarm system this past summer. I never took anything for it except the occasional Xanax for anxiety. GL and go get something to help you through! Trust me, I wish I did.
