Anyone use Aetna Specialty Pharmacy?

How long do they usually take to deliver?

And do they require a signature for delivery?

This will be my first month using them, so I'm trying to get an idea of what to expect.

    They will call you after they receive the script from your RE. They'll ask you for your Aetna ID and a CC to keep on file. The annoying part is that they can never tell you how much it'll be until after they submit the whole thing. But, what else can you do but accept the charges? It wasn't that bad anyway, at least not for me. They usually overnight the packages. If you won't be home, just let them know and they won't request a signature, but they have to tell you that when it gets to the house, it's your responsibility. They're generally pretty good, but of course there is some lag time since it isn't like you're just going to a pharmacy, so make sure you plan 2-3 days ahead.
