1st month appointment - Growing like a weed!

Sarah had her 1 month appointment today. For some background, at our first weight check when she was 4 days old, she was in the 50th percentile for weight (7lbs 7oz after losing weight after birth), 75th for length (20 1/4") and 65th for head circumference (14"). As some of you may remember, she gained weight very slowly at first, and was still only 7lbs 8oz when she was 2 weeks old, but gained a pound in the next week after that.

At our appointment today, she was 75th percentile for weight (9lbs 10oz), 90th for head circumference (15 1/4") and 95th for length (22 3/4")! Holy crap! Doc said she looks perfect all around. I knew she was growing but holy cow, I had no idea she'd gotten THAT much bigger, especially when it comes to how much she's moved up in the percentiles. Indifferent

DD was 7lb 13 oz at birth and up to 10lb 8 oz at 1 month...I couldn't believe it either.

And aren't you the one using the Play'n'Learn for daycare? Have you done your visit yet? DD starts Feb 10th. I'm dreading starting work and leaving her but everyone seems so nice there, she even fell asleep on one of the women at our visit I wonder if our babies will be in the same classroom?!
