OK, I'm back. I'm coming up on my 38th birthday in a few weeks and my 3rd anniversary. I live in Florida. I am a lawyer but I use my powers for good and not evil, so no lawyer jokes please. I've been off BCP for 1 1/2 year but we haven't been actively trying until about 7 months ago. I have been charting for 5 cycles. What else...I have two great dogs and insomnia! Since I am a bit older, either my friends have teenagers or don't plan on having kids so I have NO friends IRL. DH has some friend's wives that are KU but not thekinds of friends I can talk CM with, if you know what I mean...

What about you guys?

Well I'm a NY girl. Of course I have to find someone to click with that is like a day away. I am 28, will be 29 by the end of the year, and my H is 31 (32 by the end of the year). I am an athletic trainer, I work with D-I athletes and have a crazy ass schedule. We were thinking of TTC in Sept. and I am not sure when to go off of the pill. I am paranoid and scared and I think I need some sense talked into me. Oh and I like wine, and shots of Cherry Dr. McGuillicutty's which I've had a good amount of tonight Big Smile

OMG, I am so lame but I don't. My assistant is telling me to do one so I will maybe set one up this weekend. Some of my other friends were telling me it's a great way to share pictures without having the myspace type of thing out there.

Football is my fav sport!! I love NFL, don't really keep track of college football but if it is on tv, I watch it.

I work for Binghamton University, in NY. We do not have football at the school. I am the "trainer" for women's soccer, baseball and softball. I will spend the spring traveling with baseball this spring.

Traveling sounds fun. I hope it's not too stressful. What's your favorite NFL team? I am a Miami fan by default but love college because I went to Miami and Michigan for school so I was always surrounded by good college football.

I don't see as much of a rivalry between PTs/ATs as I do PTs/chiropractors. I could have done a dual PT/AT degree, but the AT part didn't strike my fancy. I think ATs have certain specialties, and PTs have other specialties, and we should all keep to our own.

Don't even get Futurebabydaddy taling about Chiropractors (no offense to anyone in the crowd). All I know is after I tore a disc getting tee-boned in a car accident, PTs saved me and I wouldn't be the same without them (**disclaimer...even though the poster is married to a PT, she is in no way biased of her treatment after the accident**)

I like the way you type/think/preach! Big Smile I know of maybe 2 chiros in my area that are great....they do what they're good at and pass on what they can't do to me. Otherwise, they feel threatened by the recent surge of P.T.

Seems they don't like it when you throw research at them!

I think people get in a tizzy because they're not confident in what they do, and they get worried that someone else can do what they do better. It's all about money/politics. I just wanna work and keep my job! If there is a different therapy (that I can't do) that can help my patient, I'm all for it!

Yeah I just wish we could bill insurances for our services to make us more valuable and open up some more job opportunities. I don't want to travel forever!
