NBR: What's your personal style?

how do you like to dress?

i've always had a bit of latent hippie in me - so most of my closet/accessories are very bohemian/ethnic-inspired. ?

Re: NBR: What's your personal style?

  • I am a tom boy to the T! I would wear jeans, t-shirt and sneakers any day of the week if I could. I was a big fan of Pacific Sunwear before I got pregnant. I can't fit into anything in that store anymore.

  • Whatever is comfortable...I wear jeans and comfortable shirts and flip flops most of the time!
  • I'm more of a fashonista/trendy type. Even if I'm wearing something simple like just jeans and a T, i'm going to rock it with some funky shoes and killer bag! The devils is in the details. lol
  • Im a jeans and t-shirt kinda girl, unless Im going out, then I dress up.
  • I dress in mostly classic clothes. I will wear just about anything, but it always has to be tailored. I have an hourglass figure so I cannot wear flowy things.
  • I like a more classic look, kind of Ann Taylor.

  • I like to wear bold warm colors (no patterns) on top with dark denim on bottom and big chunky necklaces. I don't know if I have a "style" though.

  • I love fashion/shopping. I like more classic, somewhat preppy clothes I would say. J. Crew is my favorite store if that tells you anything! If only they had maternity clothes, I would be in heaven!
  • I too am a tom boy and love jeans, tshirts and flip flops.  Winter I am a turtleneck girl and argyle sweater girl.
  • a bit fashion forward or maybe even trendy

I run teen clothing stores so my wardrobe is constantly changing, but..

My maternity staple right now is a short sleeved turtleneck with cute sleeves with a tunic tank over top with skinny jeans and boots.?

  • I work at a gym when I am not teaching so i am wearing dress pants and nice shirts for teaching or under armor for the gym. My favorie is dresses, and flats I would wear that every day if i could.
  • Is polished/casual a style? That's me. I need to be comfortable but I hate looking frumpy. My two favorite stores in the whole world are Anne Taylor Loft and Banana Republic so that should give you an idea.

  • I'm a Gap-aholic.  I love classic skirts and pants with plain tops and cardigans.  Fun colors, but more of a solids-girl.
  • I like to dress nice but also love jeans a t-shirt. My stores range from Gap to Pac Sun. I love anything Roxy and have lots of that too. If I could go shopping everyday, I would!
  • I like to mix a classic easy look with flowy, flowery, ethnic type of things.  Hard to describe I guess!

  • Lazy Casual. I'm a total jeans and t-shirt girl. I also wear lots of hooded sweatshits, but this look has served me well in not telling people at work that I'm pg yet. I'm worried that maternity clothes are more fashionable than my usual "look".

Same here! I also love Banana Republic...got the Luxe card to prove it. I'm currently living in my Gap Maternity clothes.

  • ahh fun question! My style is not TOO trendy....not too girly.....I also have had underlying hippie tendencies and there is a bit of a rock and roll streak in me! My favorite stores are Lucky Jeans and H&M.

  • I used to be a punk, until I was teaching in public schools.  But now in general- if it's clean, it'll do.  If we go out (once in a blue moon) I am a nice jeans and total hippy/funky booby shirt kinda girl.  Day to day - if it's 50 degrees or over- jeans and a tee and sneakers.  If it's below 50- same as above with a thermal under it.  I love overalls, but since getting "fluffy" over the last few years, I don't wear them much.
