DS has really chubby (albeit adorable!) feet and we've been having a hard time finding shoes that don't constrict the top of his foot. We liked to put him in shoes when we take him out just to get an extra layer on him. His feet aren't necessarily very long or wide, just chubby on top. Robeez fit him ok, but the elastic squeezes his foot a little. Any shoe recommendations? TIA!

Re: Baby shoes for fat feet?
Hate to say this because of the price, but Stride Rite makes shoes in Wide that worked wonders for my DD#1. We would go to Target and literally none of the shoes would be wide enough for her. Luckily she was small and her feet grow slow, so she typically can wear her shoes for a year, so that helps justify the price. Look for sales!
Alternatively, I know that Payless has a lot of Wide shoes as well and are much more affordable.
Thanks for posting about this. I'm having the same problem with a very thick set of feet on ds.
