Sharp pain in my breast

Not my nipple (although those are tender), it is a sharp pain up high on the breast deep in the tissue.

I thought Thrush but I checked my son's mouth and he has no signs of white or rash. Could I have it and not he? What could this pain be from?

    Sounds like a clogged duct to me.  Try a warm compress, massage, extra pumping and/or try to point the baby's chin towards it.  It should dislodge in a day or two.
