Can teething = throwing up?

DD threw up on Tuesday night and again this morning.  She has not had a fever but she has been really cranky and I thought she was teething.  She hasn't wanted to eat much for the last 4 days either.  My Mom thinks she is finally getting her eye teeth.  She has been asking for her teethers from the fridge which she hasn't done in a long time.  So I just assumed it was her teeth making her cranky.  But now that she has thrown up again could that be from teething or do you think she has a bug?

Funny thing is - she got sick this morning, laid with me for about 30 minutes and is now up playing and singing "twinkle, twinkle little star".

Sounds like she is sick to me.  I have never heard of teething causing kids to throw up, though kids teeth so much, they can often have some bug while they are teething.  I would keep her at home and let her rest today.  Hope she is feeling better.

That is the only way we knew DD was teething.  She was a LATE teether, still only has 8 teeth....
