That is so horrible! How could no one step in to help these girls?!?! I know the article never said anything about the age of the girls but I have to assume that they were young to start with so why wouldn't someone question two young girls with so many pregnancies?

I know it is so sad. How could no one step in? 19 pregnancies!! Especially after all the birth defects they were having. I would have kidnapped them myself!
