feel like absolute $hit!

I've got a headcold, I'm at work, can't take another dose medicine until 4:15 and my nose is so dry it kills!

The ILs will be at my house when I get home and I'm sorry, but I'm going straight up to the bathroom and taking a nice hot steamy bath with DS's J&J vapor bath!

    Also, if your nose is dry, ask your doc about over the counter nasal sprays. I believe they're ok during pregnancy. Hope you feel better soon!

    I've been using a saline nasal spray for dry nose--there's no medication in it so it's fine to use and I find it very helpful!
