Just got an email from target for a $25 e giftcard for our trouble with the carseat fiasco. Hey better than nothing.

release of any claims against Target relating to this pricing error.

Yes, I'll take the $25, but I also found that part above interesting...does that mean that there's like a group law suit out on them or something?  I feel like they are saving their a$$'s by doing this and we have more leverage than we all thought.  I'd still like my damn car seats (i could have really used them!)  Well, I guess i'll take the $25...better than nothing that I thought they'd still us with.

Just received my email. I think it was a good call on their parts to recognize that we actually spent time on their mistake. Though I'm sure it was prompted by a hell of a lot of angry calls/emails.

Yep- they're covering their collective ass by having you release them from any future suits by redeeming this $25. I wasn't going to sue anyway.
