For the state of affairs at work is

CLUSTERFVCK.

Really.  And this is going to sound incredibly sexist, but I don't really care right now.  It's just the way it is.

I work with mostly women.  We can be catty biotches, but we (for the most part) know our job and do it correctly.  There are only four men in my immediate area.  One, my boss, is FANTASTIC.  The other three?  OMG.  Seriously, don't know their ass from their elbow, and create so much more work b/c they assume they know everything and DON'T ASK QUESTIONS.

If this wasn't a four day weekend already, I'd probably need a mental holiday due to the last few days.

Now that is actually a common wor din my vocab!!!  I personally can't stand working with women, but men at the same time can hinder mroe than help. I like my job now. Very small company (only five of us) and we dont' really have to many clusterfvck situations.
