Ok - not sure how this will work for all of you in the US but there is a hotline in Canada called Mother Risk... they will answer questions in regard to medical ingredients or medicines that are either ok or not ok to use in pregnancy.  Just don't call them with stupid questions or they'll get annoyed and then when I can't get through I'll be annoyed thinking it's someone with a stupid question.

I think they should call 411 here in the US.

They'll get the same response we give them.
