Not while pregnant, but I had two blocked ears that eventually ruptured (lovely I know). To this day I have a little clicking whenever I swallow but I've mastered the "unclog routine" thanks to the whole fiasco.
If mine are being annoying I usually start with a steamy washcloth and put it over my ear and lay down. The steam seems to help get stuff moving a little bit most of the time. Then I will sit up and hold my nose shut and inhale through my mouth and then swallow a few times. It's like the reverse of plugging your nose and blowing (which never works for me and I can't get the courage to blow hard enough anyway). By then I usually feel them starting to open up. But I do have to repeat it a few times the first day or so.
Sudafed (the real kind) also should help if you have any fluid in there.
