OK, I'm willing to admit when I''m wrong. Apparently we are here to support (see here). But, I will also say that I think informing, educating and entertaining is also something that is accomplished, even with snark.

If
you choose to entertain by snarking, then that's your choise/right.
But you can't turn around and tell people that their choice of how to
