starting a supply??

How do I go about starting a supply for when I go back to work.

I think you would get a better response on this if it was "Starting a Stash" since that's what most moms call it.  Also try posting it on the Working Moms board.

I think most moms have the best luck pumping about an hour after their little one's morning nursing session because you have the most milk in the morning.  Also I have heard of ppl power pumping when their DC goes to sleep at night by pumping through TV shows and stopping during commercials... this can help stimulate supply which can help you build a stash.  

Once you go back to work you will have to pump during the day when your child would normally nurse.
