Was it you who posted the recipe for those spice Pecan's? I want to make them, meant to C&P and never did. Also, I have no idea how to find the discussion trick to look up the post....can you help? TIA!

Here you go!  I must warn you that they are so good that I've eaten enough of them over the weekend to force me to do Slim Fast this week!  Enjoy!

SPICY GLAZED PECANS

Add these to a romaine salad with chunks of blue cheese and a tangy vinaigrette. They also make a nice hostess gift.

MAKES 2 CUPS

? cup sugar
3 tablespoons water
1 scant teaspoon salt
? teaspoon cayenne pepper
2 cups pecan halves

Preheat oven to 350? F. Butter heavy large baking sheet. Combine first 4 ingredients in heavy small saucepan. Stir over medium heat until sugar dissolves. Boil 2 minutes. Add pecans and stir until pecans are coated with mixture, about 1 minute. Transfer pecans to prepared sheet, spreading evenly. Bake until pecans are just beginning to brown, about 13 minutes. Transfer to cookie sheet lined with waxed paper and separate pecans with fork. Cool completely. (Can be prepared 1 week ahead. Store in airtight container.)
