Well I went to the Dr and my bp was fine.  He suggested I speak with an eye dr.  Then today my dad calls and describes to me what happened to him several times in the last few years and it is EXACTLY what happened to me yesterday.  He described the same blind spot turning into a flashy thing then going away all in about 30 minutes.  He went to an eye Dr when it happened to him and it turns out it's a form of migraines.  Aparently not al migraines come with headaches.  So I'm making an appointment with an eye dr for next week.

that sounds just like an aura. i don't get them but my best friend does. i see a neurologist for my migraines.
