Help with Snugride

DH took the cover off to move the straps and I do not think the cover is on right now!  I am trying to figure out what to the straps on the side connect to and what the  little plastic things on the side connect to.  The instructions I found on Graco do not show how to attach the cover.

mine just has 2 long straps that are at the hip-ish area.  They go through 2 side slits, then up and through the lowest level shoulder holes.  There's a metal t thing on the back that they hook into.
