1st PP period ?

I'm wondering if maybe I'm experiencing PMS here because I feel crappy today.  (See earlier post re: ugh.)  Anyway, when the bleeding does happen one of these months, is this going to be like mount vesuvius?  I am not sure what to expect for this.  My bleeding after the C/S didn't last for more than a week and a half and it was what a normal period was like for me.  Or at least what I remember a normal one being....  :-/

My two so far have been normal to even a bit on the light side. I was dreading it because everyone told me how bad your periods get after you give birth but I've been fine so far.

My first one was horrible - heavy, clotty, yeck (at 10 months pp).   Its been getting steadily better (with some wierd unpredictability that I'm not used to) as the months have passed.

I only had two periods between #1 and getting pregnant with #2, but I found them to actually be lighter than usual. The first one I was a bit crampy, but the second I hardly knew I had my period. PMS was definitely worse, though. I guess it depends on the person.
