Could she have an ovarian cyst? ?I've had a few & they SUCK - that might explain the lack of white blood cells being up, etc.

Or um, I hate to say it, but an ectopic?

they ruled out the cysts and possible ectopic even though she swears that she still a virgin...I believe her.
