Hi! Need your expertise!

Hello!  I am usually on TTCAL.  I have a question that maybe someone on this board can answer....

The first cycle after a MC, is it common to ovulate more than 1 egg?  Twins do not run in my family and I am just investigating what my doc said.

    I hadnt heard that.  Did you google hyper ovulation? Maybe that might turn up something.

    I've never heard of miscarriage increasing the hyperovulation rate.  I had my girls two cycles after my second miscarriage, but I'm a fraternal twin, and used clomid to increase my progesterone (what the OBs thought was causing the miscarriages), so it's unlikely that the miscarriage was the cause of the hyperovulation.
