I made salisbury steaks, white rice, and southwest corn.  I added brussel sprouts to my plate (IHO of DH, since he and I are the only ones that eat them).

I'm busy at work and stuck here....gahh!  But its either today or Wednesday, and I'd rather stay late today.  So, my boss offered to buy me dinner since I'm stuck here!!  WOOOT!

I'm not sure what I'm going to order...something that delivers, so maybe pizza or a sub.  Jimmy John's is sounding tasty.
