Help fix my shoes!

I have some simple shoes (simpleshoes.com) with a felt upper. ?Well I guess my big toe is wearing them out. ?How would I fix it? ?

Could you patch them from the inside somehow?

I think that's the only way you could "fix" them. 

How long have you had them?  If you haven't had them long maybe you could send them back?
