I used to hunt with my dad all the time.  Dove, deer, quail, and pheasant.  I got a 13 point buck when I 17 years old, lol!  Dad & I hunted for actual food.  Now days, especially around here, guys just hunt for sport.  Not my style.  In fact, I'd like to hunt some of the hunters, if you know what I mean.

I do know what you mean.  We hunt for food, so I'll only shoot one if it's a large doe (=lots of meat) or a large buck (again meat, plus a nice rack, but chances of this are like 1,000,000:1)

We try to fill our tags to fill the freezer.  Meat is just so expensive.
