Hm, I have the pockets, and love them!  I'm not sure about AIO's.  The inserts are great, since they are a combo of hemp/microfiber.

I LOVE them!  They are our primary CD and have been since DD was 2 weeks old.  We have 18 of the NB/XS size.  I also have one pocket that I love just as much!  We are going to be selling this stash soon to buy the next size, as she is just about to outgrow them and I'll be buying more BBs...they're awesome!
