When do I get the 4-D U/S?

My insurance doesn't cover the 4-D u/s, but I wanted to get one as a keepsake for him. When did y'all get yours done?

I never got one but the sign at my OB/s office recommends getting them between 28-30 weeks

thanks Sarah- I'm wondering if many people actually don't get the 4-D done. I had one picture taken in 4-D at my 20-wk regular u/s but it was really just more for kicks since he didn't have enough fat to "flesh out" anything...
