Help - Shutterfly PIP ?

I cannot remember how to do it.  I thought I could view the pic from in My Albums and right click and that there was an option for save picture location but I am not getting that...when I copy the location from properties I get an error when trying to use it.  What am I doing wrong?

I could be wrong, but I thought Shutterfly changed so you cannot copy pics from their site anymore.  I switched to photobucket and don't have a problem.
