Rotty and other cupcake luvas

So I'm doing an Alice in Wonderland/Rave type party for a 15-yr-old (yes, she's 15 and has crazy parents) and I suggested mini cupcakes in addition to many other foods. But I'm making the cupcakes, for the "Drink to shrink, eat to grow" kind of thing. I thought mini ones would be cute. But I'm not sure what kind. It's for a bunch of teens so I'm not sure what type to make. She had no suggestions. Everything's glow-in-the-dark and Alice in WL  themed.

Any ideas??? Plain is probably best, huh?

I have no suggestions (I love all cupcakes equally), but that is a really cute idea for a party.

i would do confettie cake with bright frosting. super plain but colorful.

then add like a glow in the dark flower thingy on top. to keep in the theme

I went to the grocery store in hopes of seeing something glow in the dark, but no luck. I will try the party store though. Thanks ma'am!

i would go to the party stores and get like a flower ring type thing.

then go to the craft store and get glow in the dark paint.

spray seal it and wash them in soap and water than put them on top.

i would also suggest a more "whipped" frosting it'll keep the ring or topper in place better.
