finally did cooking on sunday!

it has been our plan to cook on sunday and freeze for the week, and we actually did it today!  Beef stew, a pasta, chicken, artichoke, rosted ped pepper salad, and a veggie casserole thingy!  Now we just need a bigger freezer!  But i am so happy dinner will not be a stress at least a few nights this week!

Oh we have been talking about doing this since I went back to work in May... so its about time!

I'm impressed- this has been my goal since before having DD. Okay, you've inspired me- I'll aim for pre-preparing two meals for the week (baby steps!).

I love doing it that way.  Even if I wasn't working (well, I'm not now), I think I would still do it that way.  It is so hard to make dinner with hungry kids underfoot.  I love being able to reheat something!
