Opinions needed-which play kitchen? PIP

The first is the lifestyle partytime kitchen and is $137 at walmart.com.  The other is the lifestyle custom kitchen and is marked down from $99 to $79.  Which would you get?

  • Definitely the cheaper one. I can't see much difference between them for $50 difference?
  • Is money or space an issue? If so, I'd get the second one...that is a great price..plus I don't like super huge toys so the more compact, the better (for me)

  • I don't see much difference either but if you are going for looks I like the 1st one better.  fwiw, my dd got one for last Christmas (16 mo old) and plays with it everyday and is now 2 years and 4 mo old.  It is def worth the money!
  • I was going between these same two kitchens and decided on the smaller one.  I just don't think the bigger one is worth the extra $60-$70...the kids won't know what (if anything) they are missing anyway.

  • We got the second one and our neighbor got the first.  The first one comes with more play food in addition to being bigger.

I still like our smaller one the best.  It fits right next to our tv and doesn't take much space otherwise.  DH still spent an hour or more putting it together the night before Christmas because of all of the stickers you have to put on yourself.  I bought more play food for her the following christmas.

  • The cheaper one. They are so much alike. I don't see an extra $50 worth of stuff in the first one.?
  • the cheaper one- they are almost identical.
