1. DH and I bought a couple of baby books to start reading in the next few weeks when the baby starts being able to hear us.

2. We will not be with family this year, so we're celebrating with a couple of friends and their son.  Should be interesting!

QOTD: 1. I have not bought anything for the baby yet...to scared. If it is a girl I cant wait to go buy her a dress...if it is a boy...a football jersey from DH's favorite team.

2. We are having Thanksgiving at my Grandparents house.

Thanks for doing it twice a week!  I hope it's not too much work for you!  If at some point you wanna trade off for awhile, let me know.

1. purchases?  yes - we went a little crazy at the Gymboree clearance bins in October.  Bought clothes for both sexes.  And actually, the day that I supposedly ovulated, dh and I were at a local peach festival and bought a really cool vintage mirror.  I asked him where we'd put it, what for, & he said, in the baby's room.  with a complete straight face. All i could do was smile.  So we started buying for baby :literally: on the day it was probably conceived.  weird, huh?

2. Turkey day will be dinner at the IL's and dessert at my sister's.  Where we will tell my extended fam that we're pg.  I'll be 1 day shy of 15 weeks on TG. : )

Nope. I just can't think of what I would buy since I don't know what they baby's gender is yet.

2. Where will you be celebrating Thanksgiving this year?

In Greensboro, NC with the in-laws. It will be our first time to visit them there since they moved from Austin. I'm pretty excited!

1. I bought a few onesie's. That was how I told DH that I was pregnant. My MIL bought me a pregnancy journal.

2. For Thanksgiving, it will be just DH and me. I think a few friends are stopping by for lunch.

We haven't bought anything this time around, but with my 1st pg I did buy a bib with the mascot of our local university. 

2. Where will you be celebrating Thanksgiving this year?

Most of our family is in the area, so we're having the ILs over on Weds night to have TG lunch with them, then DH, fur child and I will drive to our hometown and by Sunday possibly have gotten together with both sides of both of our families.  I don't think I've ever had a TG or Christmas in my life where we don't run run run!

I bought one onsie when I was pregnant with DD I just took it out of the box and hung it up in the babies closet with a blanket my aunt made for me the last time I was pregnant. I have not purchased anything yet. My first thing when I find out what it is is a vera bradley Diaper bag that I absolutely love! 

2. Where will you be celebrating Thanksgiving this year?

I am having my parents and my Inlaws and my 2 bother in laws and there wives and kids over so like 14 people. This is my first thanksgiving that I am doing. I just want it to be perfect! I hope I am not to tierd.

1. Have you made any purchase for the baby yet?  Yep! I bought a plush seahorse with a light up tummy that plays really soft lullabys, and a couple halloween t-shirts and a pumpkin cap that Target had on clearance for 25 cents each.
2. Where will you be celebrating Thanksgiving this year? DInner at my parents at like 1 or 2, and then again at DH's at 5pm.

 no - i made some purchases last time and it was so hard to put them in a box after i had my m/c so I'm gonna hold off until probably the third-tri.

I hve bought a few outfits here and there, the thing 1 and thing 2 onesies, their 2 stuffed bunnies, and today I got them stuffed elephants. 

 We will be having dinner at the IL's house but all of my family will be there too.  So we only have to go to one place to see everyone.

1.  Britax Marathon, a few sleepers.. We didn't buy but we received a crib and dresser from family

 

2.  With DH family since my family lives out of town/state.
