Lab results- everything normal?

Hi Ladies:

I don't post as much as I'd like but I sure love to lurk. I just recieved automated results from my lab work from my first appt and it said everything is "normal". Good to hear and don't plan to call to follow up- just wondering if they normally date pregnancy with blood since I didn't have an ultrasound.

I guess "normal" will have to do until next month. I guess I'll just rest assured knowing no abnormalities were found :)

    No they'll go by your LMP unless later u/s prove them way off.  Glad you got good news!!

    Were the labs for abnormalities?  My labs at 8-9 weeks were for HIV, syphillis, blood type, thyroid, a couple others and they came back "normal" as well.  Just curious.  My NT scan that scanned for abnormalities was at 12 weeks.

    No, not testing for anything other than the normal stuff I suppose. I guess I figured there would be a little more detail.

    My stance is no news is good news.
