I have a friend who is thinking about CDing. How does that work with FF? I EBF, so I just throw my CDs in the washer. Do you start out with the diaper sprayer when you FF?
in the beginning (we didn't start CD till around 6 months) we just put them in the pail as-is. we got some staining but nothing significant. when things turned to PB poo (thicker than the early BF poo) we used the rice paper liners, that way you just throw the whole liner in the toilet and flush. We also use fleece liners which kind of work the same way, you just drop the poo off the liner, flush the poo, put the liner in the pail.
i've never dunked or used a sprayer. the worst i've had to deal with is 2 squares of TP to help the poo off the diaper and flush.

I FF, and DS poops have always been "plopable" in the toilet, unless he's got diarrhea or something. I've never scraped or used a sprayer. If it doesn't shake off in the toilet, then it goes into the wash. I haven't had any problems.
