Yeast infection

My mil said that if a baby has A yeast infection it can cause them to have less bowel movements? has anyone heard this? I think Cooper may have had one for a couple of weeks? I express milk and feed him trough a bottle but he bf yesterday now I have pain in my breast. I also read that It may cause him to scream while feeding?
