XP from 3rd Trimester: Please tell me about your VBAC!

I'm trying for a VBAC (I'm due in 2 weeks), and am getting a little nervous about it. If you've attempted a VBAC, can you please tell me:

 

1. About your 1st c-section, and why it was needed

2. How much your first and second babies weighed at birth

3. Was your VBAC successful? If not, why? If so, can you give me any helpful advice?
