Stroller Strides?

Hey ladies... have any of you done the Stroller Strides fitness classes at the malls in the area?  Are they any good?  I'm about to get cleared to do some exercise in a few weeks and I'm looking for some fun activities.

I've done Stroller Strides in the suburbs of Chicago, and I love it!  I met all my mom friends and got in great shape too.  It's definitely worth trying out, the first class was free for me, so it was great to check it out before I committed.
