Do you still take your prenatal?

I am not BFing but have two bottles of prenatals.  It is okay to keep taking them in place of a daily, right?!

Sure!  I took prenatals for over a year before TTC and still take them.

i still take mine, and i am BFing but?i think it is just fine to continue taking them even if you aren't BFing. ??

I take them b/c I'm BFing, but I'm sure it's fine either way.  I think any of the vitamins, etc. that you don't need just get flushed out of your system.

yep!  I'd take them!  My dr told me that any woman of child bearing age should take PNV's whether or not they are pregnant or nursing.
