Aside from the SIL drama.

I'm having a good hair day, lunch was good, I'm planning a few work parties that are all coming together nicely (I love spending other people's money, lol), and I brought some brownies with me for a snack, they are soo good!

Is it Friday yet?  Cause I'm ready for the weekend!

I thought today was Wednesday until lunch time! What a dissapointment.  DH asked "is it friday yet?".. I said.. "no but we are halfway there".. he said "well not really".  That was at 8am and it still didnt hit me til lunch! haha my brain is gone.

Velvet, I DD it.  Basically DH's family is uber white trashy (Jerry Springer style), and SIL is in the middle of a nasty divorce, and she has 2 young kids.  SIL shot at her ex-H on Saturday, and we all just found out today.  With a GUN.   She didn't hit him, but did take several shots at him.  Her kids are at MIL's house, and she has awful cancer and is in the middle of chemo this week... just shitty timing all around, on SIL's part. 

Earlier I was really upset about it and posted all the details, and found her mug shot and posted it, and decided that I probably should take all that family drama off the board  : )

Oh wow, that does sound like a Springer episode....sorry to hear, especially about your MIL being so ill and having to deal with this. ?That is terrible. ?
