How the heck am I still sick??!!

This is ridiculous. It'll be a week tomorrow and it gets worse every day. No fever, but now I'm starting to get nauseous on top of cold symptoms. Maybe it really is the flu? But don't you need to have a fever for that? My temp has been at 96 degrees for 4 days - which is scarily LOW, but certainly not a fever. Any suggestions on how to kick a bad cold? I've been doing lots of liquid and rest...but that doesn't seem to help...

have you seen your doctor yet, Sue? I'm probably just paranoid because I'm reading the Dr. Sears Vaccine book right now, but an ordinary cold shouldn't last this long. I wonder if it could be something else.

I was sick 3 weeks with a head cold (and cough). It was rough. I did hot showers so I could breathe. Hot water with lemon for my throat which was rough from coughing. It was awful. I really feel for you and being nauseous on top of it all is reall y not fair.
