with pics of your DC... this is a dumb question, but did you use all older pictures or did you take new ones for use in it? like, did you stage a wintery looking picture to use for January for instance? DD has changed so much in a year it seems weird to use pics from last February for instance. or did you just use random cute pics and I'm overthinking this?

I've been wondering the same thing! I don't think I have the energy to stage 12 month-appropriate pics!

We made one last year, which worked out perfectly.  DS was born in Dec. so we had a years worth of pics to go through. 

We used a combination of old and new pics.  We used seasonal pics when appropriate.  But combined newborn pics and new ones too.

I did a calendar of Reagan last christmas.  Yes, I tried to organize pics so that our summer pics were on the summer months and took some christmas pics early to include those for December.  I filled in the non-holiday/theme specific with just other random cute pics.

I was just working on a calendar on Shutterfly before I came over to the Nest.?

I use pictures from the previous year. January 2009 has pictures of January from 2008. DS likes to look at them and see how he looked exactly a year ago. ?
