Update on Letrozole--First dose unsuccessful. Need some hope :-)

I had a follow-up ultrasound today after 5 days of 5 mg Letrozole, and nothing has starting growing yet. They said I have lots of follicles, but none are at the maturation stage of being close to ovulation. Likely, this means I'll take another round of Letrozole, at a higher dosage. My RE will contact me this afternoon with the plan. 

Anyone else have this happen?? Did you eventually ovulate on letrozole?

My OB said it was pretty common to have to take a higher dose before it would stimulate enough (didn't take Letrozole with her).  It sounds like you are at least seeing a RE, since it sounds like are you being monitored!!    It's much better to build up to higher dose than risk over-stimulation (and all the complications involved) by starting with a higher dose.
