i feel like i've had insomnia throughout. i'm tired, just can't sleep. doesn't help when i get up to pee, then go back to lie down and start getting kicked. everyone keeps telling me this is just preparation....i don't like that answer one bit. just sayin'.
that sucks. I do miss sleeping. peeing is my issue. I can usually get a good 2-3 hours before I have to do my first pee, then it's about every hour after that.... add to the fun mix, only one bathroom that is downstairs. gotta love old houses.
thankfullly I can take naps during the day...but of course not tomorrow. I have my parents coming over to prep the baby's room for paint.... nothing like waiting to the last minute and having to have other people do things for you while you stare at them. fun. I hate the people who baled on our house sales. f*ckers.
thanks... after tomorrow though, I may need you to kick my parents in the shins. it's going to be a long day with them... thankfully I have a doc. appointment that will take a while..... or I will make it take a while. lol.
and a trip to the food store, and maybe Target or Old Navy... one never knows....
the only problem with that, my mom will do all the laundry, my dad will do more work than is needed and I will feel like a shitbag when I get home b/c I can't do it myself......
I hear you 1/3 I wake up I have to pee, 1/3 the baby is kicking up a storm and 1/3 the time my sciatic hurts or I have a charlie horse in my leg. That on top of working 12 hour shifts and nights really sucks. I use to be a good sleeper, now not at all. Poor DH is a light sleeper, so it is really affecting him too.
Yep! I had a research study last night and she wanted me to tell her what I did from 4am to 4am for the last 2 days. She chuckled when I said play online at 4am. I think she thought I was sick.

Re: pregnancy insomnia....
I distinctly remember when I was in weeks 23-27 not being able to sleep through the night, and then it went away until this past week.
my mind is tired, yet my legs and body and baby are wide awake. I hope this is not a sign of things to come.....

no, you will feel like a woman ready to give birth to their grandchild who needs to rest and take care of both of you.
