My slow-to-talk little girl has had a HUGE word explosion in the last couple of weeks. We've been so impressed--but tonight, she really knocked my socks off. I was looking through one of her picture books with her, asking her what the things in the book were. She told me what they ALL were. I had no idea she knew that many words. (I know she knows what things are, but to SAY them...)
On top of that, she pottied in the potty chair for the very first time tonight. Woo hoooooo! We had lots of kisses, hugs, high fives, spins, etc. in our house tonight. We even called Daddy and Grandma to tell them about it. *teary eyed*
Re: I am a very, very proud mommy right now!!
That's awesome!
We are finally getting serious with the PTing, and Nora seems to be doing great! I'm hoping for no diapers at night or during the day by the time the baby gets here.

Yeah Nora!
Is she still without the binky?
Oh, no. After a hell-ish 24 hours, I caved and bought her more.
Don't worry about it! I really think Moms in general worry too much. You don't see many kids going to elementary school with them
What a great night! Those are two huge accomplishments!
WOO HOO!! Nora!!
That is AWESOME!
I LOVE that you worried for nothing ( I don't love that you worried, I just love that it turned out to be for nothing.)
Nicely done!
